Privacy Policy
The short version: we don't sell data, we don't run ads, and we use minimal analytics so we can tell which articles actually get read.

What this covers
This policy covers supp-buddy.com. It doesn't cover the Supp' Buddy mobile app. The app has its own privacy policy because it deals with account and health data that this site never sees.
What we collect
The content site doesn't ask you to sign up for anything. No names, no email addresses, no account. When you visit:
- •Standard web server logs (IP address, user agent, URL, timestamp). Kept briefly to debug issues and block abuse.
- •Aggregate analytics: page views, referrers, device category. We use it to see which articles are getting read. We don't build user profiles and we don't share the data.
- •One thing in your browser's localStorage: your light/dark theme choice. Never leaves your device.
What we don't do
- •We don't sell or rent personal data. Ever.
- •We don't run display ads or ad-tracking pixels.
- •We don't use affiliate links or take payment for linking to external stores.
- •We don't use third-party retargeting or fingerprinting.
Third parties
The site runs on standard web infrastructure: hosting, a CDN, web fonts. These providers may briefly process your IP address to deliver content. They don't receive or store anything that identifies you from us.
If we ever add a service that processes reader data, we'll update this page and bump the effective date above.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Because we don't collect account data on the content site, there's usually nothing to request. If you want to confirm, email us.
Children
Supp' Buddy is for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
